This is a minor update addressing portability issues in version 1.1.

• HTML version no longer has an external dependency on Google Fonts API
• HTML version no longer requires Internet access in order to correctly display Creative Commons logos
• HTML version now provided in a zipfile containing all required resources (i.e., rather than having to download the illustrations separately)
• A minor clarification has been made regarding how to break ties during the final roll
• Olaf Hits the Dragon with His Sword is now available in EPUB format
