You could generate a character and map out their journey as a solo journal or thought exercise, but the mechanical aspects of Cerebos aren't really designed with the intent of solo play. The communal aspects are baked into the math and storytelling. Thanks for taking a look!
Thanks! Is your idea one that can develop in a slightly different direction? Early drafts of Cerebos felt awfully similar to some of its inspirations, but as I added more words and options it started to have its own identity. And even if the end result is awfully similar, there's no rule preventing there from being multiple games in a genre.
My starting point was 'Heroes who have already saved the land, and now juxtapose memories of peaceful past, and recent strife, with the hope for a future where they can rebuild'. I'll see how it develops.
